An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and attendees with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By visiting TMC you agree to follow all of TMC’s health protocols and voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to bring any claims against TMC, its employees or contractors for any illness, damage or injury arising out of COVID-19.
The agreements and undertakings set forth above shall apply to any and all visits and interactions (whether today or in the future) that you have with TMC.
